Utah State Capitol Photo Shoot with Melissa and Josh

This time of year, I love to take every opportunity to get out and do a photo shoot. Especially when the blossoms are pretty and pink in April of each year. I had the wonderful pleasure of shooting up there a few times this year. Yesterday, when I was contacted by Melissa asking about the weather, we decided that we should reschedule, since we would not be able to take pictures outside due to the high winds and cold temperatures. As we discussed further, it was decided that we would just make the best of it and shoot inside.

As I arrived, I noticed a place on the grounds that appeared to have calm winds and the blossoms seemed to be blowing off the trees, so we only had one shot at this. We spent a few moments outside, and I think they turned out so wonderfully! So glad that we decided to take pictures yesterday instead of waiting til the weekend. Now that the snow fell last night, who knows what would have happened if we had waited!
