Mike and Sarah are a match made in heaven. You could tell how deeply they loved each other from the first moment you met them. The look in his eyes as he gazed over at his beautiful wife to be. From the beginning of time, they were destined to meet that day, so destined, that they shared a last name even before they said I do.
On a beautiful summer day in 2019, a close group of family and friends gathered up Millcreek Canyon, not far from the center of Salt Lake City. People came from all over the country to witness the joining of two hearts and two great families that shared the same last name.
We cross paths with new people each and every day, some people are there for our benefit, others for their own. We learn and grow from each person we meet, and one day, we meet the person that we are meant to be with forever. They live life to its fullest, and that is what they are. Both Mike and Sarah breathe a fullness of life into each other, and that is what we should all seek in our relationships. Though sometimes Sarah wanted to give up while on their mountain biking adventures, she trusted that Mike would not lead her anywhere that she wouldn’t be safe, with him by her side.
It is said.. Life is an adventure, enjoy the ride. “I never expected it to be you, ya know, but it is you. It’s all you, and now, there’s no looking back.”
Sarah fell in love with Mike’s passion for life, and for his uncensored look at life. He is the one that “keeps it real” when there is doubt. Mike has a deep curiosity of the mysteries of life and all it has to offer. Sarah loves fiercely and without regret. She is always there to lend a helping hand to someone who needs a friend. Sarah definitely found her match when she met the man of her dreams unexpectedly, and now they ride together into the sunset.

It is always such a pleasure to meet people such as Sarah and Mike. So much in love, kind and care free. Lovers of life and all it is and does for us. When I got the call to be their wedding videographer, I couldn’t help but say HECK YES!
