It was so much fun to spend a couple hours with Parker and Dylan shooting some pictures for their Baptism coming up here pretty quick. Weather has been here and there, and scheduling has been challenging. Yesterday, the stars aligned and the heavens shined down upon us and provided a beautiful day to spend some time at Temple Square. We made a valiant attempt at some straight faced “business” style poses at first, but that was quickly shut down when their personalities took over. Parker felt left out when he wasn’t in Dylan’s photos, and Dylan was upset when he couldn’t be in Parker’s photos. I LOVE being at the Salt Lake Temple as it was where I was sealed myself, and to my 3 amazing little boys. It was a special treat to be shooting their baptism photography.
Of course as twins, I had to allow them to do a couple poses with the two of them together. Parker ran over and gave Dylan a giant hug (having no idea about it myself) had planned to give his brother bunny ears. It truly showed their personalities, how much fun was that! They were so done about 15 minutes in, so what do you do? You bring out a bribe! Parker had these awesome mirrored glasses that he wanted to wear so bad! He was promised that if he did good the the remainder of the shoot, that we would allow him to do a couple photos with his shiny new glasses on. That we did.
