Bridal photo sessions are some of my most favorite sessions. It’s all about the Bride and nobody else! Included at no additional charge in all of our standard wedding photography packages, it gives our brides an opportunity to get herself pampered. If you have it in your budget, it’s always recommended to get your hair and makeup done professionally, the same as you would on your wedding day.

Bridals serve another purpose too, it’s a great way to get to know your wedding photographer so you know exactly what to expect on your wedding day. You learn what works, and what doesn’t, maybe you have one side of your face that you prefer over the other, this is a great time to discuss these details.

Doing a bridal photo shoot prior to the wedding lets us slow down and take it all in. I love to work on artistic shots that are timeless and unique, depending on the time of year, we may shoot outdoors, or indoors. One of my favorite locations to do bridal photography is on the Salt Flats. The only down side is that it’s far away, and depending on the time of year, it can be super hot.

I have a lot of my clients print their favorite bridals as large canvases so they can showcase them at their rehearsal dinner, or even reception.
